Compare the work.
Then choose the fit.
Both products put ecommerce issues in business context. The right choice depends on the investigation your team needs and how you want to get started.
What should we fix first?
Issue-level revenue estimates with the purchase comparison, affected sessions and evidence strength in view.
See a revenue priority →Business-impact prioritization within an ecommerce monitoring suite.
How sure is the revenue number?
Affected sessions are compared with clean sessions at the same journey stage, device and environment. The gap comes with a 95% interval and is labelled measured or directional.
Inspect a calculation →Revenue-at-risk figures reported for issues and summarized across the store.
Is it even our bug?
Each issue shows how much of it comes from social apps’ in-app browsers, shoppers who were offline and browser-extension code, next to country, connection and device-memory breakdowns.
See issue breakdowns →Issue breakdowns by browser, device, operating system and funnel stage.
What is recorded on the storefront?
Privacy-safe event journeys by default: no screen recording, input values or fingerprinting. Optional error-session replay records a masked page reconstruction only where an error happens. Heatmaps are planned as an opt-in module.
Read our privacy approach →Session replay alongside error and performance monitoring.
Where does AI fit?
Today, read-only MCP access for your own AI tools and a portable Developer brief. Planned: an AI reliability engineer that works on fixes and checks the measured result.
See our AI direction →AI agents across bug resolution, performance, accessibility, conversion and testing.
What will development receive?
Captured journeys, request and environment context, mapped source when available, and a Developer brief that opens as a Linear or GitHub issue.
Open the developer example →Error diagnostics, session replay, AI summaries and investigation tools.
What happens after a release?
Early release comparisons, activity across a release’s lifetime and recurrence evidence to revisit after a fix.
Explore a release →Release monitoring connecting deployments with issue and performance changes.
How do we evaluate it?
Session-based pricing with a volume calculator. Contact us to discuss your store, scope and guided setup.

A few useful answers.
Can we see the product before connecting a store?
Yes. The interactive product tour uses illustrative data and works without an account. You can inspect the revenue priority, journeys, source context, Pages, releases and collection health, and download an example technical brief.
How is the revenue estimate calculated?
Dozenfold compares sessions that hit the issue with clean sessions at the same journey stage, device and environment, counting purchases in the same 30-minute window. The pooled gap has a 95% interval: entirely above zero is a measured loss, positive but uncertain is directional. Missed purchases are valued at the clean average order value for the selected period. What will Dozenfold cost?
Use our session-based pricing calculator to see a price for your traffic, then contact us to confirm scope and terms. All website pricing enquiries go to our team. Booking a demo does not start a subscription.
Can our agency or developer join the investigation?
Yes. Bring the person responsible for your storefront fixes. We review findings together and use the Developer brief to bring technical evidence into their workflow. Each plan covers one store.
