ALERTS & WEEKLY REPORT
Hear about what matters.
Not every event.
Alerts fire on issue state and priority, not on every captured error. Each Slack channel picks what it owns, and owners get one calm summary every Monday.
One alert. One weekly summary.
What a channel receives when a checkout issue appears, and what an owner reads on Monday.

Give each channel its own rules.
Add Slack channels and pick per channel: checkout-stage errors, cart API failures, new issues, regressions, spikes and Core Web Vital degradation. A new channel starts with checkout and cart alerts. One alert can reach several channels, each once. Quiet hours hold alerts during a recurring window.
See what an issue containsRead the priority in the message.
An alert names the issue, links to it and, once computed, shows the estimated revenue impact and the likely owner: your theme, Shopify, a third-party script or a browser extension. Alerts are never held back waiting for either.
How impact is estimatedStart the week with a summary.
Every Monday, store owners get one email: the week’s sessions and errors, the three open problems with the highest estimated impact, Core Web Vitals, and anything still worth setting up, like release markers, replay, Slack or source maps. One-click unsubscribe.

Good questions.
Useful answers.
Can alerts go by email?
Alerts go to Slack. Email carries the weekly report only, so an inbox never fills with individual errors.
Who receives the weekly report?
On Shopify, the shop’s email address; on a custom site, the workspace owners. It is on by default and can be turned off in Settings → Alerts or with the link in any report.
Will a noisy error flood the channel?
Alerts follow issue state: new, regressed, recovered or spiking. Repeated occurrences of an open issue do not send new messages.
